Sleeps up to 6 (4 adults 2 children)comfortably. See our rental (Route 66) to sleep a additional 3 (2 adults 1 child). This fully equipped rental has everything you need to host a gathering. Watch sunsets in the fully fenced Pecan Orchard, pick a community garden, graffiti our Guestbook, or selfie it up. Over 300 VUDU movies.

Prepare to relax in this 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home. Start a wood burningfire and cuddle up to watch any one of the 300+ vudu movies or break out one of our favorite family games. Photo opportunities are scattered throughout the farm. Decorated for Christmas 365 days a year will bring lasting memories for you and your loved ones.
You will have 100% access to the entire farmhouse and the FRONT yard.

We are located on highway 380 . The cross street is Edwards Rd.
The front yard is fully yours to use. The back yard is closed for other guests.
It’s easy to navigate Graham. The Mistletoe Farm is located on the main highway that runs N & S through town although it changes names from Elm to Highway 380 or Newcastle Highway.
We are located directly off of highway 380. We have never had a noise complaint from a guest, (date: 08/07/23 )however it is something we want to point out.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

Check In Time is 2:00 PM We will do our best to accomodate early check-in & check out requests.
Please make sure you close each gate you open. This makes sure none of our furry friends get a chance to sneak away.
No excessive noise between 11:00 PM- 5:00 AM
No unverified guests OR pets - Guests must be listed on the reservation, this includes all animals.
Guests who are not on the reservation are not covered by insurance and will be asked to register or leave.
The Mistletoe Farm is a NON SMOKING property. There will be an additional charge for cigarette butt removal.
Please do not share the Wi-Fi code with visitors. (This ensures the best service for guests)
Pets are not allowed on any furniture. There will be an additional charge for cleaning furniture and damage done to furniture. We provide guests with allergies a allergy free home and this enables us to continue.
Covered Parking is available. Please park in the spot closest to your accommodation. If you have more than 1 vehicle you can park one in front of the other or feel free to park in any of the marked spaces off Edwards Road. Thank you.
Please ALWAYS lock the door & close any windows behind you when you leave your home.

Do not leave trash in receptacles or items in the refrigerator/freezer after check out
Leave all linens on beds. Place all towels and used blankets on the floor.
No need to start the dishwasher, we will take care of that for you.
Take a walk through and make sure you do not leave anything behind.
Check Out time is 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
